BUYERS

I am member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).

I work with Buyers to determine the proper price range, real estate values and explain the other costs associated with home ownership. Buyers will be apprised to new listings of neighborhoods and new REO (real estate bank owned properties). As a client, you will have the advantage to view these properties first-hand. Experience in builder new home negotiations and foreclosures.

Up to 2% of the purchase price rebate towards closing costs and prepaids for buyers who are knowledgeable about real estate transaction with unlimited support. The more involved you are in the house searching process, the more rebate you will receive. And only 1% commission for new construction home buyers with 2% commission rebate.
